As mentioned above, our rate plans are very simple. There are no surprises, no gimmicks. Just a low rate. As you consider your options, remember the simplicity of our plans. If you have any questions regarding ANY offer from ANY company, feel free to give us a call and we will help you decipher the details of the offer. You will be hard pressed to find a better package than our rates! (With all ‘Terms and Conditions’ considered, we are among the lowest).
Check your current bill for these words: “The avg price per kW you paid this month is:..” That is your current final rate. To date, we have educated hundreds of customers on their option to save and have found that right now, most consumers who did not lock in a rate in the past months are paying significantly more than our offered rates. Terms and Conditions
Our customers who use more than 999 kWh of electricity in the monthly billing period will NOT see any additional charges on the monthly bill. (FYI: nearly all providers charge you $5 to $10 every month in addition to electricity charges regardless of usage amounts. This is not the case with us when you use more than 999 kWh in one month). Customers using 999 kWh of electricity or less in any given billing period will be assessed a customer charge of up to $9.99 for that billing period. If a Customer uses 1000 kWh’s or more, there will be NO additional charges of any kind. A document with Full Terms and Conditions can be viewed here.
