If you have service currently but aren’t sure of your current rate, we can help you find your true effective rate.  Many invoices make it difficult to determine what you are really paying per kWh.  But once you know what to look for, you’ll find it easily:  Take a look at your most recent statement for the following phrase: “The average price you paid for electricity service this month is – ”  The number following that phrase is your effective rate, and it will be expressed in cents per kWh.

If you would like a fast analysis of your current rate plan, we will perform a complementary audit of your electricity usage and charges. We will answer questions about various fees and other charges, and we’ll let you know how much you could be saving each month.  We do this with no push or pressure. Just a clear, unbiased assessment.  That’s been our way since we started our business!  If we can’t save you money, we’ll be honest about that too.

Regarding potential additional fees

Residential customers using more than 999 kWh’s in a billing cycle will see no additional charges of any amount. With the fixed rate plans, residential electricity customers using 999 kWh’s or less in a billing period will see a base charge of $9.99 for that billing period.
