You have two ways to submit your electricity service request:
- BEST OPTION: Call 512-827-7722 and complete the request on the phone. We are ready to answer Monday thru Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Live person – no machines!
- Follow this link to our secure Ambit Customer Enrollment Page. Once there, click “Sign Up Now” and fill out the form. Call 512-827-7722 for questions regarding the process.
It’s that simple.
As a consumer safeguard, once your electric utilities request is submitted, you will receive a Verification Phone Call to validate your request. This ensures an accurate service / billing address has been entered, and it confirms that you are authorizing a request for utilities in your name.
